Shipping policy

We strive to get your orders to you quickly and efficiently. Here's what you need to know: 

Shipping Rates

  • Canada: Free shipping available on all orders. Shipping options calculated and displayed on checkout.
  • USA: Shipping options calculated and displayed on checkout. Duties/customs/taxes may apply and is the responsibility of the customer to pay. 
    • Seamless Shipping to the USA We are proud to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to all our customers in the United States. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—there are no hidden customs fees, duties, or surprise charges upon delivery. We handle all the paperwork so your orders arrive directly at your door, hassle-free.
  • International (outside Canada / USA): Shipping options calculated and displayed on checkout. Duties/customs/taxes may apply and is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Order Fulfillment 

  • Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped the same or next day. 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times 

  • Canada orders: We offer standard Canada domestic shipping with delivery times of ~3-7 business days. Express Canada shipping is available with delivery times of ~1-2 business days.
  • USA orders: We offer USA domestic and international shipping with delivery times of ~3-7 days. 
  • International Orders Outside of USA / Canada: Calculated and displayed at checkout with estimated time of delivery displayed.

Tracking and Delivery 

  • Once your tracked order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Standard shipping within Canada may use untracked postal mail which is sent within the secure Canada Post mail delivery system.
  • Although most international shipping methods include tracking, certain shipping options may not include tracking. This can be verified by looking up the shipping method name on the courier's website (if not already stated in the shipping method name).

Special Circumstances 

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue. 
  • Unavailable for Delivery: If you're not available to accept your package and it cannot be left, the shipping carrier may leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. If the package is returned to us due to non-delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs. 
  • Refused Parcels: If you refuse a parcel and it's returned to us, you may be responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional return shipping fees. We'll refund the order amount minus these costs as applicable.
