Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a no hassle refund within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.  

We'll get your refund to you quickly. In Canada, we cover all fees. For the USA and international locations outside Canada, return shipping/postage and any non-refundable fees/customs/duties/VAT are the purchaser's responsibility to cover.

Condition of items if a return is required 

We offer a flexible return policy to ensure your satisfaction. If a return is required, please note the following conditions: 

  • For orders up to $50: You can return the product in any condition (new, opened, or used) for a full refund. 
  • For orders exceeding $50: 
    • Up to $50 of the order value can be returned in any condition for a refund. 
    • The remaining amount (above $50) must be returned in its original, sealed packaging and in brand new condition to be eligible for a refund. 

Example: If you purchased $80 worth of products, you can return up to $50 worth in any condition. The remaining $30 must be in new, unopened, and original condition for a refund. 

 

Damages and issues  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

 

Exchanges  

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to refund/return the item you have, and once the refund/return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period  

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification according to current applicable law. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds 

If you're eligible for a refund, we'll generally issue it within 1 business day after approval and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

Note: 

  • We'll inspect the product and notify you of approval within 1-3 business days of receiving it. 
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
